FYI: The 2019 Homeowner Invoice and Homeowner Rental Forms can be found under the "Document" section of this website. The website company is dealing with coding errors for the fill-in form, however the standard printable form is available for you to print, fill out and mail with your check to GHRA, PO Box 988, East Falmouth, MA 02536. Invoices received after April 30th, will be subject to a $25 late fee. If you are planning to reserve the clubhouse in the future, you may want to note the criteria and fee changes to this document.

About Great Harbors
Great Harbors is a seaside community in East Falmouth, Cape Cod (Massachusetts) comprised of eleven streets, over 300 homes, and a recreation complex that includes a pool, tennis courts, a clubhouse, and boat docks.
The Great Harbors Resident Association, Inc., (GHRA) is the organization that develops, enhances, preserves, and maintains the amenities of Great Harbors and conducts social and recreational activities for the community as well.

The Great Harbors Community has an Emergency Preparedness Plan in place for our residents. In the case of a power outage during extreme weather, either in the winter or during the summer, the clubhouse has a generator and residents are welcome during the day. Please click on the link above for additional information.
