FYI: Notice is hereby given that the ANNUAL MEETING of the Great Harbors Resident Association (GHRA) will be held at the Morse Pond School, 323 Jones Road, Falmouth, MA, on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at 8:30 am. The purpose of this meeting is to receive reports form the Board of Directors, discuss current Board actions, to elect a slate of officers and to consider other business which may properly come before the membership and to accept the CPI Index rate increase for the 2020 annual association dues. Each member is entitled to one vote for each covenanted lot. To be eligible, fees must be current including your 2019 Annual Assessment and prior capital assessments.

Great Harbors is a seaside community in East Falmouth, Cape Cod (Massachusetts) comprised of eleven streets, over 300 homes, and a recreation complex that includes a pool, tennis courts, a clubhouse, and boat docks.
The Great Harbors Resident Association, Inc., (GHRA) is the organization that develops, enhances, preserves, and maintains the amenities of Great Harbors and conducts social and recreational activities for the community as well.

The Great Harbors Community has an Emergency Preparedness Plan in place for our residents. In the case of a power outage during extreme weather, either in the winter or during the summer, the clubhouse has a generator and residents are welcome during the day. Please click on the link above for additional information.
