Annual assessments and dues are due in full by April 1st of the current year. Homeowners must be current with all dues and assessments in order to purchase cards and passes for use of the Great Harbors facilities.
Select below the “2021 Homeowners Invoice Fillable Form”. This will open the form and you can start typing in the information. When you are finished, select “PDF”. If there is a message across the bottom of your screen asking, “Do you want to open or save this file” select open. Congratulations! Print and you are done. Simply mail your form and your check to GREAT HARBORS RESIDENT ASSOCIATION, PO BOX 988, EAST FALMOUTH, MA 02536.
Homeowners planning to rent their property during the summer season must pay the Annual Association Dues and the $220 base fee for use of the facilities. These fees must be current in order for the renters to purchase pool passes.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
The Homeowners Annual Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, June 26, 2021, at 8:30 am, with a rain date of Sunday, June 27, 2021. The meeting will take place on Harborside Ball Field in Great Harbors (weather permitting). Please print and bring the documents listed below.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, please mail your proxy to Great Harbors Resident Association, 333 Shorewood Drive, PO Box 988, East Falmouth, MA 02536, so that your vote will be counted. Documents listed below were either e-mailed to members or sent via regular mail.
If you should choose to designate an alternative name as proxy please remember that both the alternate person and member must be in good standing and eligible to vote. The By-Laws define a member in good standing as "a lot owner of record who has paid all annual and special assessments by May 1."

CLUBHOUSE USAGE FOR PRIVATE FUNCTIONS

The clubhouse is available for private functions and may be reserved for a maximum of 65 people; any number to exceed this maximum requires prior approval from the Great Harbors Resident Association Board of Directors. A member wishing to use the clubhouse for a private function must be a member in good standing (all dues and assessments are up to date). The clubhouse fee includes, but is not limited to, expenses related to staging, restaging, utilities, and sundries. A grill may be available (additional fee). Pool use may be available (additional fee). Payments listed, including a separate check for the security deposit, are required to accompany this request and each should be made out to “Great Harbors Resident Association”. Availability of the clubhouse for private functions in July and August are limited due to the many activities for our membership during those months.
Prior to mailing the form, contact Carol Furst at GHclubhouserentals@gmail.com to confirm the clubhouse is available for the date of your event. Mail the form and your checks to Mrs. Carol Furst, 25 Half Moon Circle, East Falmouth, MA 02536.

The clubhouse is available for limited use for members to use for private functions. Great Harbors events and functions take precedence.
The REIMBURSEMENT FORM is self-explanatory for members who have purchased items or services with board approval, to be reimbursed.
