Dock News

There is some great news to report on the dock project! The two state agencies that reviewed our project, The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), and the Department of Fish and Wildlife (specifically the National Heritage & Endangered Species Program) have both approved our plan!

This is great affirmation that we went out of our way to design a environmentally benign project with significant public benefits. Many thanks to the professionals at the state level who saw our project for what it is.

We are continuing to follow our original plan that involves going before the Barnstable Superior Court to help sort this out later this year. Stay tuned for any developments…
